APPROVAL OF THE AUGUST 27, 2018 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 24 <br />AGENDA. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Motion by Commissioner Neumann, seconded by Commissioner Kalar, to approve the August 27 <br />27, 2018 Planning Commission agenda. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 30 <br /> 31 <br />II. APPROVAL OF THE JUNE 25, 2018 REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION 32 <br />MEETING MINUTES. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Motion by Commissioner Neumann, seconded by Commissioner Larson, to approve the June 25, 35 <br />2018 Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes as presented. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 38 <br /> 39 <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING. 40 <br /> 41 <br />A. Consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a Dynamic Display 42 <br />Electronic Sign and a variance to the required setback from the curb at the 43 <br />property located at 3249 Stinson Boulevard. 44 <br /> 45 <br />Chair Papatola opened the public hearing at 7:03 p.m. 46 <br /> 47 <br />City Planner Erin Perdu reviewed the application for a conditional use permit to allow for a 48 <br />dynamic display sign, the application has been reviewed and appears to meet the requirements. 49
