City of St. Anthony  <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION  <br />City Council Chambers  <br />Minutes  <br />October 1, 2018  <br />Present:   <br />Mayor & Council. Jerry Faust, Mayor; Hal Gray, Councilmember; Jan Jenson, Councilmember; Randy Stille,  <br />Councilmember, and Thomas Randle, Councilmember.  <br />Absent:   <br />None  <br />Staff:   <br />Mark Casey, City Manager and Shelly Rueckert, Finance Director  <br />Consultants:   <br />Justin Messner, City Engineer (WSB) and Chuck Rickart, Traffic Engineer (WSB)  <br />Call to Order:   <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Faust at 5:30 p.m.  <br />27th Ave/Pahl Traffic Study:   <br />Rickart presented the study and PowerPoint.  By consensus of the mayor and council, staff was directed to bring  <br />recommendations from the study including policies for both placement of driver feed speed signs and school  <br />speed zone (20 mph) signs to a future city council meeting.  <br />Capital Improvement Plan (CIP):   <br />Staff presented a draft Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for 2019 – 2035.  By consensus of the mayor and council,  <br />staff was directed to bring the plan to a future city council meeting.  <br />Adjourn:   <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:48 p.m.  <br />  <br />Minutes respectfully submitted by Mark Casey, City Manager.
