PUBLIC HEARINGS - NONE. <br />30 <br />31 V. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF — NONE. <br />32 <br />33 VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. <br />34 <br />35 A. Presentation of Capital Funds 2019 — 2023 & 2024 -2035 <br />36 <br />37 Finance Director Rueckert provided a PowerPoint presentation reviewing the 2019 — 2035 <br />38 capital funds. The presentation reviewed capital fund parameters, capital funds, equipment and <br />39 fleet, building improvements, storm water improvements, park improvements, utilities <br />40 infrastructure improvements, streets infrastructure improvements. Ms. Rueckert reviewed each <br />41 fund in detail. A chart showing the debt levy relief program's 6`' year which mitigates the year to <br />42 year debt levy increase. Program to date has reduced $1,722,509 from cumulative debt levies. <br />43 Ms. Rueckert noted the 2019 — 2035 capital funds document is available on the City Website. <br />44 <br />45 Councilmember Gray stated he appreciates everything Ms. Rueckert does, noting she has made <br />46 the finances very transparent to the taxpayers. <br />
