CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 18 -071 <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN INVESTMENT ACCOUNT WITH RBC <br />WEALTH MANAGEMENT <br />WHEREAS, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC, is currently providing investments services to <br />the City of Saint Anthony Village. <br />WHEREAS, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, LLC, has made the decision to cease providing <br />investments services to municipalities including the City of Saint Anthony Village, by 3/29/2019. <br />WHEREAS, In order to transfer investment assets held at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC the <br />City of Saint Anthony Village needs to establish a new brokerage account in its name. <br />WHEREAS, In order to maintain continuity in the management of these investment assets the <br />City of Saint Anthony Village choses to establish an account at RBC Wealth Management, <br />Minneapolis under the supervision of its former Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC broker. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council directs the City Manager and Finance <br />Director to establish an Investments account with RBC Wealth Management, Minneapolis. <br />Adopted this 13`" day of November, 2018.
