19.1. EMPLOYEES shall receive longevity pay according to the following: <br />19.1.1 <br />Effective <br />Years of Service Frequency Amount <br />Five (5) Years But Less Than Ten (10) /Month $50.00 <br />Ten (10) Years But Less Than Fifteen (15) /Month $100.00 <br />Fifteen (15) Years But Less Than Twenty (20) /Month $120.00 <br />Twenty (20) Years Or More /Month $140.00 <br />20. NON - DISCRIMINATION. <br />20.1 Neither the Union nor the EMPLOYER shall discriminate against any EMPLOYEE on any basis <br />prohibited by law. <br />21. CALL -BACK. <br />21.1. EMPLOYEES called back to work under conditions defined in Section 3.3 will receive a <br />minimum of one (1) hour of overtime pay. <br />21.2. EMPLOYEES called back to work under conditions defined in Section 3.3 on a holiday as <br />defined in Section 15.4 shall be paid two (2) times their hourly rate per hour for the duration of <br />the callback. <br />22. DURATION. <br />This Agreement shall be effective as of January 1, 2019 and shall remain in full force and effect until <br />December 31. 2020.
