Enclosed is the 2019 Utility Rates <br />staff memo, and PowerPoint that was presented at the November 13, 2018 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Staff has not received any letters or calls. <br /> <br />Following the adoption of the ordinance, the ordinance will be published in the December 19, 2018 <br />edition of the St. Anthony Bulletin, which is the official newspaper for the City of St. Anthony. <br /> <br />31
