CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 18-073 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 27TH AVENUE AND PAHL AVENUE <br />NEIGHBORHOOD TRAFFIC STUDY AND ADOPTING THE TRAFFIC DEVICE <br />INSTALLATION POLICY <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony residents have requested the study of traffic in the 271" Avenue <br />and Pahl Avenue Neighborhood; <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has completed the requested neighborhood traffic study. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village <br />accepts the 27' Avenue and Pahl Avenue Neighborhood Traffic Study and; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City adopts the Traffic Device Installation Policy; and <br />NOW BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that City Manager, is hereby authorized to work collaboratively <br />with the Counties of Ramsey and Hennepin, and the Minneapolis Park Board to develop and install <br />school zone speed limits where permitted. <br />Adopted this 27th day of November, 2018. <br />ATTEST: �iG 2ff,�� Ile <br />Nieole'Miller, City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Jerome O.
