ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 18-088 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2018-02 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance <br />concerning Sewer, Water, Storm Water charges, and establishment of fees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2018-02. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2018-02 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br /> <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br /> <br />Ordinance 2018-02 <br />An Ordinance Amending Sections in Chapter 33 for Sewer Charges, Water Charges, Storm Water <br />Charges, and Establishment of Fees; <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2018-02 on December 11, 2018, amending <br />multiple sections of Chapter 33 Fees, Rates, and Charges. <br /> <br />The amended ordinance elements include: <br /> <br /> Amended Sewer Rates. <br /> Amended Water Rates. <br /> Amended Storm Water Charges. <br /> Amended Fees for Building and Electrical Permits. <br /> <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br /> <br />Adopted this 11th day of December, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br /> _________________________________ <br /> Jerome O.
