CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 18 -088 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2018 -02 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance concerning <br />Sewer, Water, Storm Water charges, and establishment of fees; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2018 -02. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2018 -02 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2018 -02 <br />An Ordinance Amending Sections in Chapter 33 for Sewer Charges, Water Charges, Storm Water <br />Charges, and Establishment of Fees; <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2018 -02 on December 11, 2018, amending <br />multiple sections of Chapter 33 Fees, Rates, and Charges. <br />The amended ordinance elements include: <br />• Amended Sewer Rates. <br />• Amended Water Rates. <br />• Amended Storm Water Charges. <br />• Amended Fees for Building and Electrical Permits. <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Adopted this l l b day of December, 2018. <br />ATTEST: jlza 1'6 <br />Nrc le Miller, City Clerk <br />1 <br />1C <br />Jerome O.
