The lot split would require a variance from <br />the corner lot size requirement of 11,000 sqf. The applicant proposes a 899‐foot variance from the <br />minimum for a corner lot size of 10,101 sqf. The other corner lots on this block range in size from 11, <br />567 sqf to 13,770 sqf. <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed for height, side/front yard setback, impervious surface and the requests appear to <br />meet all other code standards. <br />GENERAL INFORMATION <br />Applicant: Walter B.
