NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves the following <br />variance, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The proposed accessory building at 4021 Silver Lake Terrace shall be no closer than 10-feet from the <br />ordinary high-water elevation of 934 feet and located as shown in the application materials. The <br />building shall be designed to be minimized in appearance from the lake. <br />2. Issuance of a building permit for proposed accessory building and/or swimming pool with mechanical <br />equipment that meets all the requirements of the building code, all other provision of the zoning code <br />not subject to this variance, and all other applicable regulations, including review by City Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of January 2019. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> _____________________________ <br /> Jerome O.
