ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 19-014 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFERS OF SPECIFIED FUNDS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Staff has evaluated the accounting and recording of OPEB liabilities for <br />Enterprise Funds, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, per discussions with the City’s auditors it was determined that by the accounting <br />for all Funds OPEB liabilities within the Internal Service Fund would provide a <br />consolidate picture of OPEB status. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a further outcome is a treatment that is consistent with how the City’s <br />governmental funds accounts for OPEB liabilities <br /> <br />WHEREAS, lastly, it achieves the removal of the year to year impact of changing actuarial <br />estimates from the Enterprise Fund Balance Financial <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony here <br />approves the transfer of the funds noted: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of January, 2019. <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Jerome O.
