City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />December 11, 2018 <br />Page 6 <br />1 City Manager Casey reviewed the Council is requested to hold the third and final reading of an <br />2 ordinance to set sewer, water, and storm water charges and establish certain fee amounts for <br />3 2019. Following adoption of the ordinance, a summary of the ordinance will be published in the <br />4 December 19, 2018 edition of the St. Anthony Bulletin, which is the official newspaper for the <br />5 City of St. Anthony. <br />7 Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to hold third and final <br />8 reading and adopt Ordinance 2018 -02; an Ordinance Setting Sewer, Water, Storm Water charges <br />9 and establishment of certain fee amounts for 2019. <br />10 <br />11 Motion carried 5 -0. <br />12 <br />13 G. Resolution 18 -088; a Resolution Approving Summary Publication for Ordinance 2018- <br />14 02. <br />15 <br />16 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve Resolution <br />17 18 -088; a Resolution Approving Summary Publication for Ordinance 2018 -02. <br />18 <br />19 Motion carried 5 -0. <br />20 <br />21 H. Resolution 18 -089; a Resolution Approving the 2019 Fee Schedule <br />22 <br />23 City Manager Casey reviewed the Council is requested to approve the proposed 2019 Fee <br />24 Schedule. The changes include changes to the water, sewer, and storm water fees to reflect <br />25 adjustments and changes to the electrical permit fees due to change of electrical inspector. <br />26 Overall, these changes are minimal and will simplify and standardize the fees in relation to the <br />27 metro area. The 2019 Fee Schedule was provided for Council review. <br />28 <br />29 Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve Resolution <br />30 18 -089; a Resolution Approving the 2019 Fee Schedule. <br />31 <br />32 Motion carried 5 -0. <br />33 <br />34 I. Respectful Workplace Training, <br />35 <br />36 Mr. Casey presented an overview of the Respectful Workplace Training. The training was led by <br />37 Kendra Dodd. Mr. Casey reviewed the learning objectives, noting that 123 people attended the <br />38 training over 7 sessions. This training will continue in the future for all City employees. <br />39 <br />40 Mayor Faust stated he appreciates the training and he and the Council attended. <br />41 <br />42 Councilmember Stille commended Mr. Casey on holding the training. <br />43 <br />44 Councilmember Randle stated he appreciated how the training was presented as `old school." <br />45 Ms. Dodd had a good perspective. <br />46 <br />
