<br />2018 Annual Report • Administration • St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />53 <br /> <br /> <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE RE-DEVELOPMENT OF LOWRY GROVE <br />MANUFACTURED HOME PARK <br />The Village, LLC made application for re-development of the former Lowry Grove <br />Manufactured Home park. The City Council voted to approve a 430 unit multifamily project <br />in three buildings on March 27, 2018. The project includes independent senior rental housing; <br />assisted senior housing; and general occupancy rental housing. A final development plan must <br />be approved by the city before construction can begin. <br /> <br />OPEN TO BUSINESS <br />Open to Business provides one on one business counseling to current and <br />prospective entrepreneurs. Consultants work with residents and businesses to develop a strong <br />business plan, identify challenges and opportunities, and to tailor solutions. In addition to <br />direct consulting, Open to Business program staff can link entrepreneurs with additional <br />resources to help them succeed, including training programs, community or governmental <br />services, financial resources and industry and business professionals. <br />
