<br />2018 Annual Report • Administration • St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />57 <br /> <br />In 2018, the Planning Commission held eight regular meetings and three work sessions/steering <br />committee meetings. <br />The Planning Commission also reviewed the following land use applications: <br /> 5 Variances <br /> 2 Conditional Use Permits (CUP) <br /> 1 Rezoning Request <br /> 1 Code Text Amendment <br /> 1 Administrative Appeal <br /> 1 Ordinance Review <br /> 1 Planned Unit Development Request <br /> 1 Preliminary Plat Request <br /> <br /> <br />IN SUMMARY <br />2018 was another productive year! The City continued its focus on maintaining and <br />enhancing the community while strategically investing in the future. The City made <br />progress on a number of projects, strengthened and developed new partnerships and <br />programs, and continued to enhance the services that make St. Anthony a great place to live, <br />to work and to do business.
