Responses <br />The responsibility of the fire department as an “all hazard responder” means that we respond to <br />a wide variety of incidents with the expectation that we are going to either stabilize or improve <br />the situation. In 2018 we responded to 1,521 calls for service. A summary of the last 7 years is <br />provided below. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />A breakdown of the 1,521 calls includes responses for fires, hazardous conditions, service calls, <br />good intent calls, false alarms, weather related calls, and medical calls.
