Consider a request for a 10.3 foot variance from the required 35.9 foot front yard setback to allow <br />for new front steps, consider a request for a 3.8 foot variance from the required 5 foot side yard <br />setback to allow for a patio, and consider a request for a 2.5% variance from the maximum <br />impervious lot coverage amount of 35% at 2609 Pahl Avenue. <br />B. Consider a request for a 7.7 foot variance from the required 30 foot front yard setback to allow for <br />an addition to the master bedroom and a front porch, and consider a request for a 14.6 foot variance <br />from the required 30 foot side yard setback to allow for an attached garage at 3401 Harding Street. <br /> <br />IV.
