Harding Street NE (Front Setback Variance) <br />Staff recommends approval of the requested front yard setback encroachment variance at 3401 <br />Harding Street NE with the following conditions: <br />A.The front additions for porch and living space are constructed to a point no closer than 22.3 <br />feet from the front property line, as shown on the plans dated 2/19/19. <br />B.The plans are modified to meet the zoning ordinance requirements for all other aspects, <br />including building setbacks and impervious surfaces, unless otherwise approved by the City <br />Council. <br />C.Any required permits for construction are applied for and approved by other relevant staff.
