2018 Annual Report • Police Department • St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br />11 | P a g e <br /> <br />The police department utilizes a non-sworn Community Service Officer (CSO) to assist our <br />patrol staff with such things as animal complaints, parking enforcement, traffic direction, and <br />prisoner transports. In June, Is’mail Toure’ separated from the police department to pursue a <br />career opportunity with Hennepin County Corrections. Due to his departure, we welcomed a <br />new CSO, Mike Milbrandt. CSO Milbrandt adapted well to the duties and abilities of the CSO <br />position. His familiarity with the department as a volunteer reserve officer aided in the ability <br />to quickly become a valued asset to our patrol officers and administrative staff. <br />In between all the calls for service, our patrol officers were able to accumulate the following <br />proactive 2018 yearly St. Anthony statistics: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />This review of the patrol division is only a snapshot of the hard work that happens every day.
