Per Ordinance 96 Small Wireless Facilities, the Director of Public Works shall establish <br />and maintain a set of aesthetic standards for the installation, mounting, maintenance, modification, <br />operation, or replacement of small wireless facilities and placing new or replacement wireless support <br />structures in the public right-of-way. <br />229
