CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 19 -037 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2019 -05 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance amending <br />Chapter 96 Right of Way Management; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2019 -05. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2019 -05 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2019 -05 <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 96 Right of Way Management; <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2019 -05 on April 9, 2019, this ordinance amends <br />Chapter 96 Right of Way Management as it relates to Small Wireless Facilities. <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Adopted this 9th day of April, 2019. <br />ATTEST: ��/ <br />Nic le Miller, City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Jerome O.
