CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE RESOLUTION 19 -031 A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE AMENDED FEASIBILITY REPORT AND ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS 2020 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution adopted May 22, 2018, the St. Anthony Village City Council directed WSB to prepare a Feasibility Report for the 2019/2020 Street and Utility Improvements; and WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report for the 2019/2020 Street and Utility Improvements prepared by WSB dated September 11, 2018, was determined necessary, cost effective and feasible; and WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report for the 2019/2020 Street and Utility Improvements was accepted by the Council on September 1 I, 2018, Resolution No. 18 -062; and WHEREAS, an amendment to the Feasibility Report for the 2019/2020 Street and Utility Improvements was prepared by WSB, dated April 9, 2019, to address changes relating to project scope, phasing and cost; and WHEREAS, the amended Feasibility Report for the 2019/2020 Street and Utility Improvements recommends the following street and utility improvements to be constructed in 2020: Street and Utility Reconstruction • 32" Avenue NE from Rankin Road to Croft Drive • Croft Drive from 32 " Avenue NE to 31' Avenue NE • Silver Lake Terrace from Silver Lane to the north cul -de -sac Bituminous Mill and Overlay Improvements • Silver Lane from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road WHEREAS, the amended report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost effective and feasible. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: 1) The Council accepts the amended Feasibility Report for the 2019/2020 Street and Utility Improvements as prepared by WSB, dated April 9, 2019; 2) The Council will consider improvements in accordance with the amended Feasibility Report at an estimated total cost of $2,446,200 for the 2020 Street and Utility Improvements. 3) WSB is hereby designated as the engineer for the City improvements and shall prepare plans for making such improvements.
