City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />April 23, 2019 <br />Page 4 <br />1 <br />2 Councilmember Stille asked about the 1.4 Dioxane and Mr. Casey provided an explanation. <br />3 <br />4 Mayor Faust stated taking the traffic counts before the MNPASS project was a good and <br />5 proactive approach. <br />6 <br />7 VII. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />8 <br />9 City Manager Casey reported on April 30, there will be a joint Council — Planning Commission <br />10 work session to hear a proposal from a developer on the WalMart site. There are two scheduled <br />11 Coffee with the Council coming up on May 18 at Emerald Park and June 15 at Autumn Woods, <br />12 both at 9 a.m. <br />13 <br />14 Councilmember Gray reported last Saturday he attended Coffee with the Council along with <br />15 Councilmembers Randle and Jenson. <br />16 <br />17 Councilmember Randle reported he attended Coffee with the Council and encouraged residents <br />18 to attend the upcoming dates. <br />19 <br />20 Councilmember Jenson stated he was also at Coffee with the Council and the conversations were <br />21 very pleasant and informative. He noted it is a good opportunity for residents to meet the <br />22 Councilmembers and for Council to meet more residents. <br />23 <br />24 Councilmember Stille stated he participated in the Students in Government on April 10. On April <br />25 17, he attended the Kiwanis Meeting. <br />26 <br />27 Mayor Faust had no report. <br />28 <br />29 VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM — NONE. <br />30 <br />31 IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />32 <br />33 Mayor Faust announced the Water Conservation Mayor's Challenge runs from April 1 — 30, <br />34 2019, noting that St. Anthony is #19 currently. <br />35 <br />36 X.
