CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 19-048 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2019-06 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance <br />concerning establishment of fees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2019-06. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2019-06 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br /> <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br /> <br />Ordinance 2019-06 <br />An Ordinance Amending Section 112.09 Alcoholic Beverages, Places Ineligible for a License <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2019-06 on May 28, 2019, this ordinance allows <br />for golf courses located in the Recreation/Open Space R/O District to be eligible for a wine license and on-sale <br />intoxilizing liquor license. <br /> <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br /> <br />Adopted this 28th day of May, 2019. <br /> <br /> <br /> _________________________________ <br /> Jerome O.
