Jerry Faust, Mayor; Hal Gray, Councilmember; Randy Stille, Councilmember, Jan Jenson, <br />Councilmember and Thomas Randle, Councilmember. <br />Absent: <br />None <br />Planning Commission: <br />Dominic Papatola, Marcey Westrick, Dan Bartel, Dr. Bibi Nomo Neumann, Meridith Socha, Dan Payne, Brian Rude, <br />and Nimo Hashi (Student Liaison). <br />Staff: <br />Mark Casey, City Manager and Jay Hartman, Public Works Director <br />Consultants: <br />Steve Grittman, Planner (NAC), Todd Humber, Engineer (WSB) and Stacie Kvilvang, Finance (Ehlers) <br />Call to Order: <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Faust at 7:00 p.m. <br />Redevelopment of Wal-Mart Site: <br />Welcome and introductions by Mayor Faust. Faust stated this is a public meeting but not a public hearing. <br />Questions will only come from the Council, Commission and staff, and there will be time for public comments for <br />the record as the process continues. <br />City Planner covered the process: <br />- Summary of current and next steps <br />- Opportunities for public input <br />- Defined the scope of the sketch plan – general concept, objective is to get high level input <br />- TIF request is expected <br />- Next step is the PUD application <br />Doran presented sketch plan concept. <br />Questions: <br />Hashi <br />Is there only one entrance? <br />Doran <br />No, there could be up to 5 <br />Hashi <br />Vehicle entrances? <br />Doran <br />5 including the garage entrances
