ANTHONY <br />3 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />4 MAY 14, 2019 <br />5 <br />6 CALL TO ORDER. <br />7 <br />8 Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />9 <br />10 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />11 <br />12 Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />13 <br />14 ROLL CALL. <br />15 <br />16 Present: Mayor Faust, Councilmembers Gray, Jenson, Randle and Stille. <br />17 Absent: None <br />18 Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey and City Engineer City Engineer Todd Hubmer. <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />22 ITEMS. <br />23 <br />24 I. APPROVAL OF MAY 14, 2019 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />25 <br />26 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City <br />27 Council Meeting Agenda of May 14, 2019. <br />28 <br />29 Motion carried 5-0. <br />30 <br />31 II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS — NONE. <br />32 <br />33 III. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />34 <br />35 A. Approve April 23, 2019, Council meeting minutes; <br />36 B. Licenses and permits; <br />37 C. Claims; <br />38 D. Resolution 19-041; a Resolution Regarding Renewal of Municipal Insurance Coverage <br />39 and the Non -Waiver of Tort Liability for the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust; <br />40 and, <br />41 E. Resolution 19-042; a Resolution to Approve a Request to Keep Six (6) Female Chickens <br />42 in an R-1 Zoning District at 3612 Coolidge Street. <br />43 <br />44 Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve the Consent <br />45 Agenda items. <br />46 <br />47 Motion carried 5-0. <br />48 <br />49 IV.
