CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 19-046 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FOR A SUBDIVISION AND <br />LOT COMBINATION FOR OUTLOT D OF THE VILLAGE COMMONS. <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village received a request from the joint applicants and property <br />owners Village Commons Homeowners Association for Outlot D of the Village Commons plat (PID <br />313023410239), and joint applicant David Lindman of 3929 Fordham Drive, owner of adjacent property; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is located within the City's R-1 Single Family District; and <br />WHEREAS, the joint applicants seek a subdivision of said Outlot D; and <br />WHEREAS, joint applicant Lindman will take ownership of the north 20 feet of Outlot D upon <br />subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, joint applicant Village Commons Homeowners Association will retain ownership of the <br />remainder of Outlot D upon subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, joint applicant Lindman will concurrently add said north 20 feet of Outlot D to his <br />adjoining property at 3929 Fordham Drive NE, PID 313023410163; and <br />WHEREAS, said subdivision and lot combination will have no effect on zoning compliance of either <br />property; and <br />WHEREAS, said subdivision and lot combination will have no effect on public services to either <br />property or the neighborhood in general; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision and lot combination will make the highest and best use of the subject <br />property, and reflect current usage; and <br />WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of St. Anthony Village are met <br />through this "Minor Subdivision" process; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council's hereby approves the requested <br />subdivision and lot combination, subject to the following conditions: <br />1.
