CITY OF ST ANTHONY <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />REGARDING PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENTS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, will <br />hold a public hearing of the City Council at or shortly after 7:00 p.m., on June 11, 2019, to be held at St. <br />Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. Anthony, Minnesota, on the proposal that the City abate <br />property taxes levied by the City on the property identified as tax parcel numbers: <br />313023310036 0702923110031 0702923110026 <br />0702923110012 0702923110015 0702923110025 <br />0702923110030 0702923110011 0702923110022 <br />The total amount of the taxes proposed to be abated by the City on the property for up to a 15 year period <br />is estimated to be not more than $1,600,000. The City Council will consider the property tax abatement <br />to finance various storm water improvements to address flooding issues in and around Silver Lake Road <br />and in the Industrial Park and installation of utilities and a new sidewalk along County Road C in the City <br />(the "Project"), <br /> <br />The City proposes to issue General Obligation Tax Abatement Bonds in an amount not to exceed <br />$1,600,000 to finance the Projects. <br />All interested persons may appear at the June 11, 2019 public hearing and present their views <br />orally or in writing. <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF ST.
