CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 19-054 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE <br />CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />WATER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village is required to have a Water Resource Management Plan <br />(plan, City plan, local plan) that meets the requirements of Minnesota Statutes 103B.235, <br />Minnesota Rules 8410, the Rice Creek Watershed District, and the Mississippi Watershed <br />Management Organization; and <br />WHEREAS, it was required that the draft Water Resource Management Plan be submitted to the <br />Metropolitan Council, Rice Creek Watershed District, and Mississippi Watershed <br />Management Organization for the 60-day review and comment; and <br />WHEREAS, the City received comments from the Metropolitan Council, Mississippi Watershed <br />Management Organization, and Rice Creek Watershed District, on March 30, 2018, April <br />21, 2018, April 19, 2018 respectively; and <br />WHEREAS, the City provided comment responses to the Mississippi Watershed Management <br />Organization and the Rice Creek Watershed District on December 17, 2018 and January <br />16, 2019 respectively; and <br />WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers approved the City of St. Anthony <br />Village Water Resource Management Plan at their February 27, 2019 regular meeting; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization Board of Managers approved the <br />City of St. Anthony Village Water Resource Management Plan at their January 8, 2019 <br />regular meeting; and <br />NOW THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that the <br />Water Resource Management Plan is hereby adopted.
