MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: April 3, 2008 <br />TO: Mike Morrison <br />FROM: Jay Hartman <br />RE: Foyer Area Seating <br />Mike, <br />Per our discussion, the front office staff and I have been working on a design to provide seating in <br />the front foyer area of the community center due to the increase of activities scheduled through the <br />Community Services Department and also general seating for our residents. In addition, an <br />example of benches to be used in our City Wide "Adopt a Bench" program <br />will also be included to this project. <br />Provided are an estimated cost and a design for the proposed seating area. Finance has identified a <br />funding source to complete this project in 2008.
