CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 19-059 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2019 AGREEMENT FOR A COMMUNITY CASE <br />MANAGER WITH NORTHEAST YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES (NYFS) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village currently partners with Northeast Youth and <br />Family Services (NYFS) to provide services for at-risk youth and families within <br />St. Anthony; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony desires to partner with NYFS to have a Community <br />Case Manager partner with our Police Department to provide follow up services <br />related to mental health or and other basic family needs. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony <br />Village hereby approves the agreement for a Community Case Manager with Northeast Youth <br />and Family Services and an administrative fee of $10,000 for 2019. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of July, 2019. <br />______________________________________ <br />Jerome O.
