CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 19-060 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR POLICE <br />SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF LAUDERDALE FOR THE PERIOD OF 2020 <br />THROUGH 2024 AND AUTHORIZES THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village (St. Anthony) and the City of Lauderdale <br />(Lauderdale) originated a contractual agreement whereby the City of St. Anthony <br />Village agreed to provide police services to the City of Lauderdale for the period <br />2007 through 2009; and <br />WHEREAS St. Anthony and Lauderdale negotiated and renewed the contractual agreement <br />for police services for the period of 2010 through 2013; and <br />WHEREAS, St. Anthony and Lauderdale negotiated and renewed the contractual agreement <br />for police services for the year 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, St. Anthony and Lauderdale negotiated and renewed the contractual agreement <br />for police services for the period of 2015 through 2019, and <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lauderdale desires to continue the contract for Police Services with <br />the City of St. Anthony Village, and <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lauderdale and the City of St. Anthony Village have negotiated a <br />renewed contract for the period of 2020 through 2024. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />Village hereby approves the contract agreement for police services with the City of Lauderdale <br />for the period of 2020 through 2024 and authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute said <br />agreement. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of July, 2019 <br />ATTEST: <br />(1/4/' <br />Nicole Miller, City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Jerome O.
