Jindra stated he has not, adding a firm commitment is necessary from all <br />Commissioners. Wolff stated that Morris may have missed enough meetings for automatic <br />termination. Louiselle stated the Commission would depend upon Morris for a quorum if a <br />replacement is not sought for Siggelkow. <br />Wagner stated a new member could be appointed on a temporary basis who could then re -apply <br />for a permanent commission at the new term. Jindra agreed to consult the by-laws and report <br />back to the Commission. <br />Jindra asked whether the Commission wished their regular meetings to be more formal. The <br />Commission expressed its satisfaction with the Commission's current meeting format. <br />IX.
