CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 14-045 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR THE 2015 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the following locations are proposed for improvement: <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />• 36" Avenue NE from Silver Lake Road to Highcrest Road <br />• Chelmsford Road from 36'" Avenue NE to 37' Avenue NE <br />Bituminous Mill & Overlay <br />St. Anthony Boulevard from Ridgeway Parkway to the bridge crossing the <br />Minneapolis Diagonal Trail <br />Surface and Drainage Improvements <br />• Select alleys throughout the city <br />WHEREAS, a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited properties, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />The proposed improvement be referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br />the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted this 10th day of June, 2014. <br />ATTEST: bj"Am- <br />Suclu�'City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />4Jerome Faust Mayor <br />4maic <br />Mark Casey, City M. ager <br />U Won ,Wungs3014W101014WsolvOm H.. jmel-Auld Fmo- <br />
