APPROVAL OF THE APRIL 16, 2019 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 24 <br />AGENDA. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Motion by Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Neumann, to approve the April 16, 27 <br />2019 Planning Commission agenda. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 30 <br /> 31 <br />II. APPROVAL OF THE MARCH 19, 2019 REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION 32 <br />MEETING MINUTES. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Motion by Commissioner Neumann, seconded by Commissioner Rude, to approve the March 19, 35 <br />2019 Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes as presented. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 38 <br /> 39 <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING. 40 <br /> 41 <br />A. Consider a request for a 10.3 foot variance from the required 35.9 foot front yard 42 <br />setback to allow for new front steps, consider a request for a 3.8 foot variance from 43 <br />the required 5 foot side yard setback to allow for a patio, and consider a request for 44 <br />a 1.6% variance from the maximum impervious lot coverage amount of 36.7% at 45 <br />2609 Pahl Avenue. 46 <br /> 47 <br />Vice Chair Westrick opened the public hearing at 7:03 p.m. 48 <br /> 49
