A change in <br />ownership and tenancy at the Walmart site is the most significant opportunity to bring new uses or <br />redevelopment and increased vibrancy to Silver Lake Village. <br />4.Utilize the Planned Unit Development re-zoning as a tool at key locations to promote market <br />flexibility, integrated land uses, density and walkability.
