<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE CHANGE <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that on September 10, 2019, 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, the <br />Saint Anthony Village City Council will review a change to the City’s Tobacco ordinance, which would <br />raise the minimum age to purchase tobacco in any form to 21 years of age. This will be the first of three <br />readings before adopting the proposed ordinance change. <br />Those persons having an interest in this proposed change may send written comments to the St. <br />Anthony Village City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. Anthony Village, Minnesota 55418, or may email <br />comments to Mark Casey, City Manager at mark.casey@savmn.com, or attend the meeting. <br />The City Council agenda and packet relating to this item will be made available prior to the meeting <br />online at www.savmn.com. <br /> <br />109
