CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 19-066 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2019-08 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance amending <br />Chapter 155 Signs; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2019-08. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2019-08 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2019-08 <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 155 Signs; <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2019-08 on September 10, 2019, this ordinance <br />amends Chapter 155 Signs as follows: <br />• Adds clarification to the definition of Dynamic Display Signs using LED as a lighting source <br />• Adds requirement for LED signs to adhere to Dynamic Display Sign Brightness <br />• Prohibits LED Banding <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Adopted this 10th day of September, 2019. <br />ATTEST: <br />Niore Miller, City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Jerome O.
