Trident Development LLC. <br /> <br />UNIT MIX—75 total <br />• 21 Memory Care Units (studio) <br />• 54 Assisted Living (mix of 1 and 2 bedroom) <br /> <br />BUILDING DESIGN – <br />The building will be designed as a 3 or 4-story structure with a pitched roof and heated underground <br />parking. As proposed, the average building height, will be approximately 45’-55’. The building will be <br />designed with 9’ ceilings on each floor and an estimated 4:12 roof pitch. The building will be wood- <br />framed construction with a combination of slab-on-grade foundation and a pre-stressed concrete deck <br />over the underground parking. <br /> <br />Exterior materials will utilize a complimentary blend of cultured stone and varying bands of lap siding <br />separated by frieze board. An emphasis will be placed on the main building entry point by introducing <br />additional amount of cultured stone with a prominent gable and decorative treatments, and a covered <br />entry with ample porch space. The architectural design will implement a series of dormers, together <br />with variation of vertical plane (bump-outs) providing visual interest.
