City of St. Anthony <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />City Council Chambers <br />Minutes <br />October 15, 2019 <br />Present: <br />Mayor & Council. Jerry Faust, Mayor; Hal Gray, Councilmember; Randy Stille, Councilmember, Thomas Randle, <br />Councilmember and Jan Jenson, Councilmember. <br />Absent: <br />None <br />Staff: <br />Mark Casey, City Manager, Shelly Rueckert, Finance Director and Charlie Yunker, Assistant to the City Manager. <br />Guest: <br />Sarah Tschida, Coordinator, University of Minnesota, and Kimberly Napoline, Graduate Student-Humphrey School <br />of Public Affairs Presenting <br />Call to Order: <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm <br />Resilient Communities Project (RCP): <br />Tschida and Napoline presented information about the RCP program and discussed their policy & research for <br />electric vehicles project. Findings will be presented at a future city council meeting. <br />Capital Improvement Plan (CIP): <br />Staff presented a memo, draft CIP, and PowerPoint. Upon consensus of the mayor and council, staff was directed <br />to bring forward to a future city council meeting. <br />2020 Utility Fees: <br />Staff presented a memo, PowerPoint, and draft ordinance. Upon consensus of the mayor and council, staff was <br />directed to bring forward to a future city council meeting. <br />2020 Fee Schedule: <br />Staff presented a draft 2020 Fee Schedule.
