St. Anthony 2040 Comprehensive Plan Chapter 10:Implementation <br />ൢ൪൨ <br />C General Commercial <br />District <br /> <br />Corresponding Land Use: <br />Commercial, Industrial (in <br />case of certain uses) <br />This district provides areas <br />for retail sales and services <br />located and regulated to <br />minimize adverse effects on <br />neighboring residential <br />districts and congestion of <br />public streets. <br />Permitted uses: various <br />related to office and <br />professional services, retail <br />sales, business, dining and <br />entertainment, other <br />(§152.121) <br />Height – 35 feet <br />Minimum lot – 15,000 sq. <br />feet <br />FAR: 1.0 maximum <br />Lot coverage: N/A <br />LI Light Industrial District <br />Corresponding Land Use: <br />Industrial, Commercial (in <br />case of certain uses) <br />This district designates <br />areas for (and regulates) <br />light industry. Intended to <br />be in close proximity to high <br />capacity roadways or rail <br />lines. <br />Permitted uses: various light <br />industrial (§152.141) <br />Height – 35 feet <br />Minimum lot – 15,000 sq. <br />feet <br />FAR: 1.5 maximum <br />Lot coverage: N/A <br />R/O Recreational/Open <br />Space District <br /> <br />Corresponding Land Use: <br />Low Density Residential, <br />Recreation Open Space <br />The purpose of the R/O <br />District is to regulate <br />development in those areas <br />which have significant <br />natural amenities such as <br />trees, terrain, and water <br />resources, and to regulate <br />development for <br />recreational purposes in <br />areas which have significant <br />public or private <br />recreational potential. <br />Height – 35 feet <br />
