CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 19-087 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ORGANIZED <br />COLLECTION AGREEMENT FOR ONE YEAR UNTIL APRIL 1, 2021 UNDER <br />THE SAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village entered into an organized refuse and <br />recycling agreement with Walters Recycling and Refuse, Republic Services, and Waste <br />Management for five years; and <br />WHEREAS, the agreement allows for one year extensions; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village and the haulers have agreed to renew the <br />agreement for one year until April 1, 2021 under the same terms and conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony Village City <br />Council approves the renewal of the Agreement for Residential Solid Waste and Recycling <br />Collection Services in Saint Anthony Village between the City and the Haulers and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute said Agreement. <br />Adopted this 26th day of November, 2019. <br />ATTEST: <br />J rome O.
