<br /> <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting Date: December 10, 2019 <br /> <br /> Resolution- a resolution approving the 2020 Appointments and Appointing the Chair and Vice Chair to the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />OVERVIEW: <br />In front of you this evening is a resolution approving the 2020 appointments and appointing the chair and <br />vice chair to the planning commission. <br /> <br />Planning Commission application information was advertised in the Fall 2019 Village Notes and on the <br />City’s website. There are two vacancies. Nine (9) applications were received and all were interviewed by <br />the Mayor and Council on November 25, 2019. <br /> <br />The mayor and city council individually chose their top two candidates based on their responses. The <br />Mayor and city council then agreed by consensus on appointing Corey Erickson and Paul Morita for a three <br />year appointment along with appointing Marcey Westrick as Chair and Meridith Socha as Vice Chair. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />187
