City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />November 26, 2019 <br />Page 6 <br />1 <br />2 VII. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />3 <br />4 Councilmember Randle stated on Wednesday, November 13th he attended a Worksession, <br />5 Thursday, November 14th he attended the League of Minnesota's Metro Cities Regional meeting, <br />6 Wednesday, November 21 St he attended a Students in Government meeting and Thursday, <br />7 November 22nd he attended the Annual Meeting of Ramsey County League of Local <br />8 Governments. <br />9 <br />10 Councilmember Jenson stated he also attended a Worksession on November 13th, regarding <br />11 Trident Development for the Bremer bank site. On November 14th, he attended the Metro Cities <br />12 Annual meeting and there were three concepts in that meeting. On November 17th he attended <br />13 the St. Anthony Village Historical Society Annual meeting and their primary discussion was <br />14 developing a picture booklet for St. Anthony's 75th Anniversary. On November 21' he attended <br />15 the Ramsey County League of Local Governments Board of Directors Annual meeting and the <br />16 2020 Strategic Plan was reviewed. Jim Hall made a presentation on How to Attract the Next <br />17 Generation of Government Leaderships and at that meeting he was elected President of the <br />18 Organization for 2020. On November 25th he attended the city Worksession and nine Planning <br />19 Commission candidates were interviewed. <br />20 <br />21 Mayor Faust congratulated Councilmember Jenson on his election. <br />22 <br />23 Councilmember Stille stated he attended the November 13th Worksession. Regarding Trident <br />24 Development, the project is the Bremer bank site and is looking at putting a free-standing <br />25 building on this site along with 75 units of residential housing where twenty would be affordable <br />26 housing to fifty or sixty percent area median income. Any decisions made regarding that would <br />27 be before the City Council. <br />28 <br />29 Councilmember Gray stated he attended the November 13th Worksession. He also attended <br />30 Coffee with the Council on November 16th at Cub Foods with Mayor Elect Stille and <br />31 Councilmember Jenson and he also participated in the Planning Commission candidate <br />32 interviews. <br />33 <br />34 Mayor Faust stated on November 18th he was part of a ribbon cutting ceremony for Carbone's <br />35 new pizza place. He noted he also attended the November 13th, 14th events as well. November <br />36 20th' he met with Students in Government and he also attended the November 25th Worksession. <br />37 <br />38 VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />39 <br />40 Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />41 are not on the regular agenda. <br />42 <br />43 Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />44 <br />45 IX.
