12/20/2019 <br />5 <br />Finding stories – Build relationships <br />Build relationships – people will call you for stories <br />Dear Bloomington City  <br />sidewalk plowing crew,  <br />you are awesome. <br />She is easy to  <br />work with, <br />remembers  <br />me by name  <br />and has the  <br />knowledge to  <br />answer any  <br />questions I  <br />have. <br />This was going above and  <br />beyond and it is appreciated. <br />I love Bloomington! <br />I got stuck on  <br />my way home  <br />from work the  <br />day of the big  <br />snowstorm— <br />when along  <br />came the  <br />City’s Utilities  <br />evening crew! <br />I am writing to  <br />thank you for  <br />the outstanding  <br />plowing service.  <br />Brave young  <br />men and  <br />women in  <br />the Fire  <br />Department,  <br />you saved  <br />my life. <br />The Bloomington Briefing is  <br />the best thing in the world. <br />I wanted to write to say  <br />how much I appreciate  <br />the changeover to the  <br />City handling waste and  <br />recycling collection. <br />I appreciate the service,  <br />and your taking the time to  <br />go far beyond what you are  <br />expected to do.
