Parks <br />The City Parks Division maintains a <br />total of five primary parks <br />(Emerald, Central, Tower, Silver <br />Point, and Trillium). In addition, the <br />Parks Division maintains the City's <br />ice skating rinks, which are open <br />from about December through <br />February, weather dependent. <br />Emerald Park Central Park <br />St. Anthony Engineering <br />The City of St. Anthony City Engineer is WSB & <br />Associates. They have served in this capacity <br />with the City since 1996. The roll of the City <br />Engineer is to: <br />•Prepare Feasibility Studies, <br />•Make Recommendations on Infrastructure <br />Needs, <br />•Prepare Construction Plans, Speciation's and <br />Solicit Bids <br />•Prepare Assessments <br />•Manage Construction and Contracts <br />Current Priorities Include: <br />•Street and Utility Reconstruction Program <br />•Flood Reduction <br />•Sustainability Efforts
