Plowing of Secondary Residential <br />Streets and Sidewalks <br />•Follows completion of Primary roads. <br />•The four main plow trucks are utilized to <br />complete the secondary road sections. <br />The routes are divided into four quadrants <br />with Silver lake road dividing east and <br />west and 33rd Ave dividing the north and <br />south sections. <br />•Two sidewalk machines are used to clear <br />all city owned sidewalk and trails <br />throughout. Each machine has a <br />designated route to complete. <br />•Cul-de-sacs, alleys, and short roads are <br />cleared with both 2-ton and 1-ton pickup <br />plow trucks. <br />Plowing continued : <br />•We follow up with all city owned parking lots along with the school <br />district parking lots to include The high school and Wilshire park. <br />•Ice control is performed at the time of plowing as to complete all <br />necessary maintenance in one visit. <br />•The 3 city owned Park shelter locations are then plowed out as well <br />as the 6 sheets of ice. The Water Treatment plant and out building <br />locations such as well houses are the last to be maintained. <br />46
