City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />January 28, 2020 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Mayor Stille stated on January 16-17, the Council had the annual goal setting session and the 1 <br />strategic initiatives were revisited. It is a day and a half of hard work but is necessary for the 2 <br />community. The Council is looking to provide the outcome of this at the February 26th City 3 <br />Council meeting. He also attended the Elected Leaders Institute on January 24-25 put on the 4 <br />League of Minnesota Cities. One theme was building relationships and public trust. 5 <br /> 6 <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. 7 <br /> 8 <br />Mayor Stille invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that 9 <br />are not on the regular agenda. 10 <br /> 11 <br />Hearing none, Mayor Stille moved forward with the agenda. 12 <br /> 13 <br />IX.
