APPROVAL OF THE OCTOBER 15, 2019, PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 26 <br />AGENDA. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Motion by Commissioner Westrick, seconded by Commissioner Payne, to approve the 29 <br />October 15, 2019, Planning Commission agenda. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 32 <br /> 33 <br />II. APPROVAL OF THE SEPTEMBER 17, 2019, REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION 34 <br />MEETING MINUTES. 35 <br /> 36 <br /> Commissioner Payne indicated on page 2, line 11, there was a typographical error, only five 37 <br />members present so motion should have carried 4-0-1. 38 <br /> 39 <br /> Commissioner Rude noted on page 3, line 18 there was a misspelling and the word should be 40 <br />side and not slide. 41 <br /> 42 <br /> Motion by Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Rude, to approve the September 43 <br />17, 2019, Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes. 44 <br /> 45 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 46 <br /> 47 <br />Commissioner Neumann arrived at 7:02 p.m. 48 <br /> 49
