Mayor Stille stated on January 31st, he attended coffee with the Chamber and talked about the 1 <br />City, Walmart and other items. On February 10th he attended the Regional Council of Mayors 2 <br />and Charlie Zelle was at the meeting, Chair of the Metropolitan Council and he touched on many 3 <br />items. He thought it was really good to see the Chair’s perspective on and what background he 4 <br />brings to that position. He indicated the League of Minnesota Cities and Metropolitan 5 <br />Municipalities was also there, talking specifically about the fees associated with developers. 6 <br /> 7 <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. 8 <br /> 9 <br />Mayor Stille invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that 10 <br />are not on the regular agenda. 11 <br /> 12 <br />Hearing none, Mayor Stille moved forward with the agenda. 13 <br /> 14 <br />IX.
